The last 'present' of the previous year

It's the 4th piece since June 2008. I thought 3 were more than enough, but I got the last piece on the very last day of year 2008, because of the smart parking system which only allow us to pay maximum 3 hours when we need to park for the whole day. They came around 1.21pm when my ticket period ended at 12.49pm.
